Luxury Cu Chi Tunnels Half Day Tour (Ben Duoc) Small Group: Cu Chi Tunnels is Vietnam’s legendary underground system of over 220 km of tunnels. This is definitely a must-see tourist attraction for both Vietnamese people and foreigners who are interested in the history of the Vietnam War. The tunnels are recently a historical structure of Vietnam. Cu Chi Tunnels are also considered a heroic symbol for the role they played in the Vietnam War.

The Cu Chi tunnels (BEN DUOC) are located about 70 km from the center of Ho Chi Minh city. Our tour starts at 8:00 am (morning tour) or 12:45 (afternoon tour). You can meet us at your hotel in District 1 or at our office.

Enjoy the picturesque and peaceful scenery on the 2-hour drive from Saigon Center to Cu Chi District. We will pass the green, lush, endless rice fields stretching, ducks, and water buffaloes swimming in the channels and rivers in Cu Chi District. Who can imagine that this area was almost completely destroyed by large amounts of mines and bombs in the Vietnam War without seeing the scenery with his own eyes?

Upon your arrival in Cu Chi Tunnels (Ben Duoc), you start exploring the historic site. It’s time to learn more about Vietnam’s history through documentary films, walk around, and see some parts of the tunnels, strange weapons threatening the U.S. soldiers, and made by Vietcong in the past. You are free to discover hidden corners, and special rooms such as meeting rooms, cooking areas, hospitals, and sewing rooms. You can also try to cook with the unique “Hoang Cam” smokeless stoves which is the best to hide the smoke from enemies.

Would you like to experience the hard life of resistance soldiers? Crawling through the tunnels, and entering the hidden doors of the legendary underground tunnels are some of the most interesting activities at this tourist site.

You can even try foods that the soldiers have eaten. If you feel adventurous enough, you can try your hand at shooting at the hAK-47 gun that was used by Vietcong during the Resistance War.

Hop on the bus and go back to the city center in the afternoon. Your tour finishes at about 2:30 PM (morning tour) or 7:00 PM (afternoon tour).
